i work for crown and the company has been pushing us hard for the last 3 yrs and we dont get alot of thanks so much so that alot of the staff we have have jumped ship we have be lead to believe that things were in a bad state finacially and now to hear on the news that we have made so much profit disgusts me i love my job and the customers i deal with but the red tape and crap we get is wearing us all down if there was another job out there i would take it as they have said all along that if you dont like it you know where the door is
