Interesting article but have to object to the comment by Francies that Weil have the market leading practice in US and Asia. US is a straight tussle between Debevoise and Simpson Thacher and in Asia the market leaders are Debevoise (again) and O'Melveny & Myers. Weil are a long way behind those firms in these markets (and indeed others such as Kirkland, Ropes and Proskauer).
