@ 3.40pm - The firm is fully entitled to prioritise its own interests. The money belongs to the firm and the partners, not the general public! We're not talking about a political expenses scandal or taxpayers money here. I agree it is disgraceful what the guy has done, and I'm glad it's been reported to the police in the end (after all, there's no reason why he shouldn't be treated like any other criminal), but if Hogans wants to prioritise getting the money back ahead of anything else, provided no clients have been adversely affected, then it should be entitled to do so. Well played Lovells!
