The Court 10 stars shaping the law on privacy

Freedom of speech is what democracy is founded on. Schillings will try to shut up people whether they are telling the truth or not. What future then for criticism of any sort or journalism that attempts to expose corruption? Do we have to ask Schilling's permission first? And what would that say about democracy? Autocratic oligarchies should not be allowed under any circumstances to dictate to us what our rights are on the assumption that a degree in law confers on them rights beyond the reach of anybody else. That road leads to fascism and endangers us all. If we do not have a free press we have nothing.
