The Chinese are as smart as others. Next logical step is to establish\ acquire a US boutique capital markets practice in WallStreet and DC and a similar one for London. Then as part of the PRC MoJ plans to globalise the Chinese law firms, "encourage" all the State-owned\ State-linked enterprises to use the "Magic Red Circle" firms. Why fight with missiles and bombs when you can dominate the world with money and brains.
