Top firms get street smart on social mobility

This seems to be the latest buzz word for law firms to pursue in their CSR policies, without actually sitting down to think about what they want to achieve. Firms are rather concerned with their image. Would be interesting to know what allowances/mitigation firms make to improve social mobility if any.
