Eversheds fails to overturn sex discrimination ruling

I'm not against protection for women in pregnancy or maternity. But employers are going too far in relation to these rights in order to protect themselves from possible discrimination that they don't realise other employees are being treated unfiarly. It is about time that this is recognised.
