Eversheds fails to overturn sex discrimination ruling

Shame on Eversheds. I imagine that a lot of claims are brought against UK and international law firms for discrimination. If followed through to the end like in this case I suspect that many of those firms will be guilty. It also gives assurance to men who feel that they are somtimes on the back foot.
