People used to say that Camerons is one of the few genuinely friendly firms around. True. The reality now could not be more different. It is not a friendly place to work in, a lot of us think that it is badly run and the the mood on the ground bad. So many associates now wanting to leave (the recruiters have the majority of us associates on their books). Some partners down right nasty - god knows why we associates put up with it. Trust me, nearly all of us want to leave. It is so unfriendly and the offices terribly worn out and tired. Sick of the place.
