The Dyson fan was copied direclly for a Japanese investigator who invented the fan in 1981 and never produced the fan. Dyson copied it and the patent office denied the patent pening of Dyson. Dyson is going into the factories making the fans and threatening lawsuits based on their opatent. They have no patent and therefore have merely frightened the factories not to make the fans. Therefore the U.S. buyer is prevented from purchasing the products at the best price. Dyson sells their 12" dest fan to retail for ove $300.00USD.reaping monopolistic profits, and posing unfair competition.
