"I'm pretty happy with these figures"?!? Bet that must be really comforting to the 18% of trainees not kept on and the 6 who "voluntarily" decided not to apply. To be fair if you were Simon Firth and had a £115m professional negligence law suit hanging over your head, you probably couldnt care less about trainees.
