No one comes out of this with credit. So all in all a jolly good use of the tax payers money - 6 QC's plus all the other expenses this litigation will have incurred - trebles all round... hurrah. Nincompoop Gove at the centre of it all. But then for all that expense what does Gove have to do - "reconsider his decision" - now... let me think for a minute. Oh and a judge playing politics. Well done everyone.
