Olswang’s middle aged spread

With the full flourishing of the Legal Services Act only a few months away, it is astounding that law firms like Olswang can have such a limiting and limited view of what their might be. Not only is there a stunning lack of vision, but a pervading sense of inferiority about their strategy. And that's assuming they actually have one which is doubtful. Olswang is a niche media firm that hasn't done as well as it could have by attempting to expand into a general practice firm. So no real vision; no real strategy; it looks as though Olswang will totter on as usual or eventually be taken over by a firm with vision.
