Shell quizzes all advisers on corruption policies

Kudos to Shell, but this is nothing new for US-based companies. Since 2005, my company has been screening ALL third parties who interact with foreign officials on our behalf. This includes lawyers, accountants, lobbyists, and even travel agents who help us get visas. It's a lot of work, but we've found it is worth the effort.
