Shell quizzes all advisers on corruption policies

You can bet that Shell has been checking and verifying third parties for a long time before the Bribery Act 2010 - google "FCPA". Is it really that strange that in a tender process an organisation is asking another organisation for a list of its policies, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption?
