Soames´ departure - also part of a planned restructuring? Oh my .... He was the anchorman of Howrey´s antitrust practice in Europe. Restructuring = profit-making people leave the firm? That would make restructuring necessary, indeed. Count the days, and you may see more people leave. Not that there are many left... Howrey Europe will soon be history.
