I have had dealings with this firm and I have formed the distinct impression that despite lauding the fact that its partners all have US/Magic Circle pedigree most have not cut it and were only made up on moving to Simmons. Virtually every partner I know follows this trend or spent a very brief period as Partner. An absolute recipe for disaster good CV's but no real talent workforce.
