Howard Kennedy gambles on partnership revolution

Indeed. Where are these thriving firms? Most firms are shrinking. Overall legal services is not a growth industry and it never will be. Anyone who knows how business works and has commercial sense, can see that legal services are going to be provided by computers and outsourced services in the future. High street services have almost been completely commoditised and mid-tier firms are next. When you have an industry where LPC graduates are willing to work for free, it's a sure sign of a sick market for legal services and it's going to get worse. Regardless I'm sure law graduates will continue to flock like lemmings.
