Are we presume from this that the firm purchased its offices? Surely the fit-out and relocation costs would have been funded by a decent rent free consdidering the commercial property market in 2009? If they have manged to sign up to a expensive lease and actually found themselves out of pocket before even paying any rent then they are going to find even ex-Halliwells partners laughing at them.
