Kent’s ABS initiative: brave but risky

"A really bold and innovative move" - which sounds like something from "Yes, Minister" - worries some of us Kent ratepayers who have little confidence in any Kent County Council risk analysis or business plan. And we do wonder, too, what a Conservative local authority is doing setting up in competition with the private sector. More megalomania in Maidstone is what we see here.
