Arthur, all international firms operating in Bulgaria engage fully qualified local lawyers who speak Bulgarian and are trained in Bulgarian law - we have no difficulty with the language, the laws or anything else, other than the problem that standards in the judiciary and levels of corruption and instransparency at many levels of government are wanting and make it more difficult to do business in Bulgaria - not impossible, but more difficult. It's a serious probelm for our clients, and therefore for us as legal advisors.
