Halliwells – you ain’t seen nothing yet

@Anonymous | 17-Nov-2010 8:55 am - People have lost jobs, creditors have been left out of pocket (and there is some dispute about the legality of how this happened in some instances - knowingly running up debts to creditors when you have decided to take your firm into administration), HMRC has lost millions (not to mention RBS). This is the biggest LLP failure in British legal history. I am of the opinion that The Lawyer are meeting a public interest requirement in observing closely what has happened post-administration. The journalism has not been incendiary as you imply, but has been fair and accurate and highly revealing.
