Can you expand on this sentence please?: "Consequently, there is less interest in these countries, although São Tomé is due a windfall after reserves believed to add up to billions of barrels of oil were discovered off its coast." Are you sure these reserves were discovered? The last I heard, Sinopec, the operator in the JDZ off of the coast of Sao Tome was still mulling over whether to go to Phase 2 drilling. Are you saying there was an actual discovery? Thanks,
