"so we have to be able to offer young lawyers the chance to make partner" Yep -- that's probably why Gide has 700 lawyer and only 100 partners... "Gide will focus on Budapest and Bucharest and will continue to work closely with the offices and lawyers departing the firm." Sure -- the offices and lawyers who got axed will be eager to team up on deals...
