Public sector legal teams feel the squeeze

The statistics show that a year after serious public spending cuts there is usually a spike in competition cases. Competition law is a complex area which is not for generalists. Furthermore getting it wrong carries very serious consequences. I hope the decisions made now don't cost the public sector in the future .
