Public sector legal teams feel the squeeze

An excellent article which demonstrates the senseless manner which the government have gone about making the cuts. Some inspirational people who have directed success in big organisations will leave the public sector because of high level decisions to get rid of certain Agencies. On the other hand, some ineffective people will remain by virtue of the fact their organisation has been favoured. It's simply not meritocratic. The public sector, like any other organisation benefits from having the best people.
