Comment

Legal Executives are not fully qualified lawyers at all, the are lawyers true, but cannot practice law on thier own without being under the supervision of a solicitor. Additionally they have limited rights of audience. Some of these challenges are being addressed as time goes by but the main problem is the difference in the training between solicitors and legal executives and this needs redress if execs are to flourish.
