A fascinating piece of research, showing women still have a mountain to climb. Interesting though that the accountants - often held up as being 'years ahead' of law firms - are behind on the issue of women partners. I wonder how much of the disparity is caused by law firm partnership being 'boys clubs' and how much of it is just down to women making different career decisions to men?
