Yes and your point is? Is this strategically stronger insurance law firm going to pass their existing work to the ex Halliwells guys or are they expecting the ex Halliwells guys to deliver on their business plan? Difficult to do when some fo the clients do not appear to want to be with this strategically stronger insurance law firm.
