Considering the cost of litigation, it is likely that encouraging some staff to pursue studies in medical law and ethics would not only help to reduce cost but will also improve patients/clients safety and satisfaction. The staff that are trained in this expert areas would concertedly help to raise awareness about ethical issues that are likely to lead to litigation. What plans have you made for such preventive measuires.
