I personally witnessed the strategic personal targeting, derision and ultimate disposal of a number of quality Equity and salaried Partners who had the temerity to challenge Mr Austin's ineffective,over bearing and dismal 'alleged' leadership...................all those affected have risen to bigger and better things. Res ipsa locquitor.
