Halliwells’ staff: where are they now?

It is good to read teh popular support for those who did not make it to a lifeboat BUT where is the commentary on the skill(?) of the management that caused the disaster in the first place. Taking a multi million Pound T/O business with profit margins of 30%+ and running it aground in less than 2 years is pretty spectacular and worthy of some further investigation. Just who were the clowns who achieved this mess?
