Several other Italian firms have a modified lockstep, and there are a few that have a pure lockstep. NCTM is indeed a mistery since it keeps growing adding people here and there, but it is not clear whether this is a success or not (it is certainly if you judge by size). They brought on board Janni Fauda and Delli Santi some time ago and now only a few lawyers remain of those that came with these two firms.
