Why too much onshoring could create a headache for LPO providers

Isn't this a normal progression towards full fledged offshoring? The Legal profession as we know will be doubtful of the quality, reliability and integrity of offshore providers at first. LPOs establishing an onshore presence is fine if they have can survive the higher cost through other value added services they can offer to clients in an efficient manner. A tough challenge when most of the advantages are found offshore.
