Really don't think the partners and management for that matter, at SJ Berwin know what they are getting themselves into. It will be a shock for them if the merger goes ahead as SJB will not be able to carry on with their arrogance!! The US law firm will eat them up and it will be very funny to watch, BUT they have no choice as SJB are struggling.
