Age concern

Seems fairly typical of the crop of partners these days.. Desperately hanging onto their equity and allowing the ranks of associates and salaried partners to swell. The world has moved on and it's about time these people recognised that. If this guy was still raking in massive amounts of money then I highly the firm would try and get rid of him. More likely he was plodding along thinking that with equity he was untouchable while handing down on the work and long hours to associates who he had no intention to promote.
