Open for business: the German Commercial Court, in English

I agree: certain terms in German law that don’t translate into English. Since the definition of terms and words leads to confusion in native German when it comes to handling cases, I see a truckload of problems arising out of "translation problems". As for the English terms Germans tend to understand, ask our current foreign minister, "Westerwelle", who clearly stated he refuses to speak English (because he lacks the appropriate language knowledge btw.). On the other hand: it will make cases more dynamic... just translate "Einspruch" and point out translation errors and whoosh - a whole universe of new possibilities arise! ;)
