Cyprus cant rival Mauritius because Mauritius has more legal expertise for funds, Mauritian speak Hindi plus Bollywood likes them !, Mauritius is the only country that has unique double tax treaties with Africa. Can Cyprus rival Mauritius to penetrate Africa? Of course not. Cyprus needs to train their lawyers on investment funds because their service is quite appalling.
