I'm pretty sure Skadden wouldn't be interested in Camerons - especially with its PEP and revenues decreasing so much at the time. Also, what would Camerons necessarily bring to the table, apart from London, that Skadden does not already have. Skadden has a presence in Eastern Europe. Whilst Camerons is a lovely firm, its PEP is simply too low for a top tier American firm to consider.
