Dentons' retention rates on course for dramatic turnaround

Why has Dentons done this? It hasn't actually offered ANY jobs to ANY trainee yet. So I would warn against any NQ rubbing their hands together just yet - until the ink is dry on your contract. Is it me or is everyone else worried about the appalling retention rates this year so far? Law firms can dress it up any way they like but there more LPC students than ever before, fewer training contracts available and THEN to top it all off (if you're lucky to get a TC) you don't get kept on!
