Since when has Afghanistan been a "Middle Eastern country" ? "... women walking down the road in their burkas and children playing in the street in their bare feet..." sounds like the Paris suburbs. There's a lot in this "story" that doesn't add up but it will no doubt make good content for Miss Latiff's resume.
