"World's worst tennis pro" loses Telegraph libel case

Comment

As a certain High Court Judge said in another case a couple of years ago, the claimant's reputation will depend on what he has done rather than what others are saying about it. 54 matches in a row says it all. . Perhaps he found issuing countless threats of libel suits more lucrative than doing what he is paid for. And the reader who talks of Hull City. Worst team in the Division (Portsmouth were docked 10 points) O.K - sue me and we can argue in court who is worse out of Portsmouth, Burnley and Hull. Come on - get real. Well done The Telegraph for standing up to him. Shame on the others who settled.
