Matrix to focus on diversity and environment

do you really think Matrix needs to increase its pool of applicants? It's already one of the most popular sets. People should be praising the set for tackling the elephant in the room that is 'diversity' at the bar. Everyone seems to think that,. basically, now womeon arent referred to as 'Lady Barrister', and there are some BME Barristers, the work is done. It isn't. This is a noble cause which should be taken up by the rest of the profession.
