TLT's retention rates tumble to 83 per cent

This article is ridiculous on two fronts: 1) The fact that one TLT trainee out of six was either not good enough or secured an NQ role elsewhere does not justify the headline “TLT’s retention rates tumble to 83%”. 2) Comparing retention rates at a firm with six trainees to a firm with eighty trainees is totally misleading and pointless.
