How do the alleged defendants gain access to the best QCs to be on an equal footing with the prosecution? even if their bank accounts are not frozen, why shpuld they have to spend their life savings to lawyers, to clear their name when innocent? How can this be classed as fair? Unfortunately we have become a no money- no voice society!
