Dubai or not Dubai?

As the Legal's Hub in Middle East, to sustain this position there's lot of area need to be improved. Since Qatar & Saudi are looking forward to be the main contender of the legal hub in this region, The legal practitioner must develop the new method or development in term of legal skills set to maintain to be the Hub of Legal in this region. We're on the comfort zone when we're the first to opened DIAC (Dubai International Arbitration Centre) whereby this is something new on the legal perspective to solve the case outside the court litigation and recently, Bahrain has follow the footstep to open their first Arbitration Centre. As the Hub, now the attention must be channel to develop the new era of legal perspective and this is the time when the method of ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution ) of Mediation must come to the frame. Qatar, Bahrain & Saudi are still have a long way to develop this skill but Dubai, we're already be the best in region in term of legal and the time has come to boost up and implemented the new culture of ADR-Mediation.
