Outer Temple goes global with post-LSA strategy

The point is not whether Outer Temple can compete with the likes of the top commercial sets (it just doesn't have that history or pedigree (yet)), rather it is that Outer Temple is planning ahead and taking advantage of the changing legal market, and is being successful at it. Is the the judging panel susceptible to the "puffery", or did they take account of the set's innovative approach to getting in new work, with provable international experience under its belt?
