Links loses US-qualified securities partner

Big loss for Linklaters. They can't seem to hang onto the star US qualfied partners, can they (think Lewis Steinberg in NY)? At least not in corporate. Take away all the fancy branding and they are left with quite a few service partners who were pushed out of the top white shoe firms (or couldn't make partner at said firms)?
