Part-time schemes help firms keep female partners working

You could also argue from this data that part time take up seems to have little impact on the number of female equity partners. As seen in the top table, as part time take up descends from less than 10%, the number of female partners remains relatively high at a more than half the firms. Ie, these firms have high levels of female partners for reasons other than the part-time schemes.
