"Some have expressed concern, mainly saying they don’t like the concept of being evaluated." If they don't like the concept of being evaluated, maybe it's because someone will realise they're not as good as they claim to be? Every service provider (which is what a law firm is) should be subject to regular evaluation by customers and clients.
